Post- og teletilsynet (the Post and Telecommunications Authority) intends to enter into an agreement with a service provider of laboratory services for measuring radio and telecommunications terminal equipment.

The framework agreement is expected to apply from 16.10.2013 to 16.10.2015, with an option to extend the agreement for a further 1 + 1 years at otherwise identical conditions.

We expect a total demand of up to 15 measurement assignments per year, but award authority can not give a binding volume. Each measurement assignment will normally comprise three identical duplicates of the equipment, but it can also happen that an assignment is ordered for one or two copies of each product.
