1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of pins with the Gdańsk Gdańsk University of Technology logo for the organizational units of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

3. The order includes 5 designs according to the Ordering Party's design. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference.
4. Detailed quantities of the subject of the contract are specified in the material and price form constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
5. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 5 SWZ.
6. The Contracting Authority guarantees the Contractor the performance of deliveries with a value of not less than 70% of the value indicated in § 4 clause 1 of the contract.
7. The contracting authority does not require the contractor to perform key tasks personally.
8. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor. In such a case, the Contracting Authority shall require the contractor to indicate, in the tender, the parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide
