Description:

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of medicines.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the order containing information about the assortment, quantities and its requirements has been specified in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the ToR, in which the Ordering Party requires the drug's trade name to be provided.

3. The period of validity of the offered subject of the contract may not be less than 12 months from the date of each delivery.

4. The delivery date of the subject of the order a maximum of 2 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

5. The offered object of the contract must be authorized to market medicinal products in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 6.9.2001 - Pharmaceutical Law.

6. The subject of the contract will be delivered at the cost, risk and transport of the Contractor.

7. The Awarding Entity allows the submission of partial bids.

8. The order was divided into 24 (in words: twenty four) lots.

9. An offer may be submitted for one or more lots of the contract.

3. The period of validity of the offered subject of the contract may not be less than 12 months from the date of each delivery.

4. The delivery date of the subject of the order a maximum of 2 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

5. The offered object of the contract must be authorized to market medicinal products in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 6.9.2001 - Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2142, as amended).
