Partillebo intends to build a new residential building with 58 pcs. apartments of 35 m2, called Åkanten 3.

The house will be located in a sled in the city park between Åkanten 2 (Partillebohallen) to the south and Säveån in the north.

The house will be built on pillars to allow passage and stay under the building, and simply become part of the city park.

The building will be executed with a centrally located stairwell that has loft aisles to the east and west.
