This assignment is a contract for services within the meaning of Art. 2, 21° of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016.

The subject of the assignment concerns the appointment of an independent insurance broker for AZ Alma.

This command contains a single plot. In order to guarantee continuity and to centralise liability for the execution of the contract, it is not appropriate to divide this assignment into several lots.

With this selection guideline, the procurer invites interested prospective tenderers to submit an application for participation in order to appoint an independent insurance broker for various insurance policies.

The specifications of the contract are not yet available in this first step.

In this first step of the placement procedure, the contracting authority will carry out a selection based on the qualitative selection criteria to select the candidates who will be admitted for further participation in the placement procedure. This call for applications sets out the criteria on the basis of which you can be selected, which documents you must include in your application for participation and how you can submit your application for participation.

The contracting authority will assess the submitted applications for participation on the basis of the selection criteria described in this call for applications and draw up a selection decision. The candidates who are not selected will be informed after the selection decision has been made in accordance with the Legal Protection Act of 17 June 2013. The selected candidates will then receive the specifications in the second step of the procedure, and they will be invited to submit a tender.

A candidate may submit only one application to participate.
