The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of treatments in the field of active protection in Natura 2000 areas, divided into the following parts:

a) Part I: mowing of meadows and rushes in the "Miranowo" nature reserve;

b) Part II: mowing of vegetation in the nature reserve "Dolinka";

c) part III: mowing of moor meadows in the Natura 2000 Dolina Średzka Struga PLH300057 site;

(d) part IV: mowing of sand grasslands in the Natura 2000 Ostoja Nadwarciańska PLH300009 site;

e) part V: mowing and felling of tree and shrub suckers in the Natura 2000 Ostoja near Promno site PLH300030.

1. The subject of the contract is the mowing of meadows and reed beds in the "Miranowo" nature reserve along with the removal of biomass in designated places:

(a) area I (0,33 hectares) located on the register plot no. 574/3 within Lubiatowo, Dolsk Municipality, Śremski County;

(b) area II (0.19 hectares) located on the register plot no. 579/7 within Lubiatowo, Dolsk Municipality, Śremski County;

(c) area III (1,01 hectares) on plots of registration no. 574/6, 574/7, 574/8 within Lubiatowo, Dolsk Municipality, Śremsk District.

2. The detailed location shall be provided by Annex No 1 to the OPZ.

1.The subject of the contract is the mowing of herbaceous vegetation in the nature reserve "Dolinka" and its immediate surroundings on plots no. Evid. 63, 64 and 70/7 precinct Goniembice, Lipno commune, Leszno poviat.

2.The detailed location is presented in Annex 2 to OPZ.

3.The mowing area is 1.53 ha.

1.The subject of the contract includes the double mowing of two patches of moor meadows

in the Natura 2000 Dolina Średzka Struga PLH300057 site with the removal of biomass:

a) area I (0.43 ha) located on cadastral plots No. 32 and 33/1 precinct of Koszuty, municipality of Środa Wielkopolska, Środa Wielkopolska poviat, Wielkopolskie voivodeship;

b) area II (1.11 ha) located on cadastral plots no. 22, 23, 24/1, 25/1 precinct Koszuty, commune Środa Wielkopolska, powiat średzki, voivodeship wielkopolskie.

2.The detailed location of the areas covered by the order is included in Annex 3 to OPZ. The areas to be mowed are approx. 200 m apart.

1.The subject of the contract includes double mowing of patches of natural habitat 2330 in the Natura 2000 Ostoja Nadwarciańska PLH300009 site along with the removal of biomass.

2.Mowing concerns patches of natural habitats located on the plot no. ewid. 616 precinct Rataje, municipality of Pyzdry. The area covered by the contract is 2.00 ha.

3.The detailed location of the areas covered by the order is presented in the map and vector layer constituting Annex 4 to the OPZ.

1.The subject of the contract includes mowing with felling of tree and shrub suckers together with

with biomass removal.

2.The basic contract covers an area of 2,539 ha located on cadastral plots no. 3/22, 3/19, 3/20, 3/13, 48, 51, 54, 55, 56, 58, 59/1, Kapalica precinct, Pobiedziska commune.

3.The contracting authority provides for an additional increase of the basic contract by an option covering activities on the area of 0.653 ha on plot No. 3/15, Kapalica precinct, Pobiedziska commune.

4. Information on the exercise of the option will be provided to the Contractor within 10 days from the date of signing the contract at the latest.
