The TU Ilmenau is writing a retinal functional testing platform with the following 5 lots to set up a MicroImaging laboratory:
1) optical coherence tomography angiography apparatus;
2) electrophysiological stimulation and measuring system;
3) ultra-wide-angle fundus camera;
4) non-mydriatic confocal fundus camera;
5) High Resolution Fundus Camera System.
For non-invasive examinations of the human ocular fundus without the mandatory use of Mydriatikum for the quantitative assessment of the blood flow of the retina and the optic nerve head based on the vessel density and branching in different tissue layers.
In order to detect electrophysiological signals of retinal and cortical cell structures and to make them accessible to various evaluations, a device based on optically stimulating and biosignal-detecting components is required which has the described properties.
For examinations of the peripheral human ocular fundus without the use of mydriatics, an ultra-wide-angle fundus imaging is required as a complete system with which high-quality images (high color fidelity and high contrast) and their documentation can be made.
For examinations of the human ocular fundus without the use of mydriatics, a non-mydriatic fundus imaging is required as a complete system with which high-quality images (high color fidelity and high contrast) and their documentation can be made.
More detailed comments on the positions please submit on separate sheets.
For examinations of the human ocular fundus at the level of the photoreceptors, a fundus camera is required as a complete system with which high-resolution images for the visualization of the stems and cones and their documentation can be made.
