Auroranlinna Real Estate Ltd and Helsingin Asuntohankinta ab ask for offers for year-round property management services in the eastern and western areas of Helsinki.
The subject of the acquisition is divided into two (2) areas:
Component 1: Property management east
Component 2: Western property maintenance.
The tender may be submitted in either of these areas, but only one of them may be offered services.
Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna selects the contractor with the best score in each of the two areas. In the event that the same contractor gets the best score in both areas, the contractor will have to take the second area marked as 1 option. Thus, the same tenderer cannot be selected for both.
Oy Helsingin Asuntohankinta ab concludes a contract for the management of its own properties. Contracts to be concluded for each of these two components are valid indefinitely.

Property management in about 41 properties managed by Auroranlinna Real Estate Ltd and 4 properties managed by Helsinki Housing Acquisition Ab.
