This consultation consists in being able to have an outlet for selective collection from the territories of Calitom, the Cdc de la Haute Saintonge, the Cdc de l'île d'oléron and the Cdc du Bassin de Marennes during the restructuring phase of the Atrion sorting centre in Mornac (Charente). The shutdown of the sorting line for works is planned at this stage for a provisional period of 4 months, from November 2024 to February 2025.La total quantity of services for the duration of the framework agreement is 15,000 t maximum. The framework agreement with maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code and will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders. It will be awarded to a minimum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). The duration of the contract merges with the execution time, from the receipt of the 1st purchase order
