To provide a service to Treat and or Recover Residual Civic Amenity and Bulky Waste known as Contract Waste delivered by the Council or their nominated contractors to a single nominated Delivery Point, so that at least 50 % of such Contract Waste is diverted from landfill by means of recycling or recovery.
