The detailed scope of the service and the conditions for execution of the order are specified in SWZ.” The cleaning service in both packages applies to premises located in buildings where the Ordering Party conducts its statutory activities. The employment requirement under the employment contract and the manner of verification and sanctions for non-compliance is governed by the SWZ. Package I: cleaning service of the Śląskiego OW NFZ facility in Katowice at 13 Kossutha Street - Monday to Friday from 16.00 to 7.00 (after leaving the premises by the employees of the Ordering Party), with the exception of special rooms [will be indicated by the Ordering Party before concluding contracts] in which the cleaning service should only be performed during the presence of employees of the Contracting Authority, i.e. Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 16.00. Extended building: Information on the date of commencement of the service in the extended building will be communicated to the Contractor at least 3 days in advance. The planned date of commencement of the service from 01.04.2022.” The cleaning service in both packages applies to premises located in buildings where the Ordering Party conducts its statutory activities. The detailed scope of the cleaning service and the terms of execution of the order are described in the form description of the subject matter of the order and in the proposed terms of the contract. The employment requirement under the employment contract and the manner of employment verification, control powers and non-compliance sanctions are governed by the SWZ. The procurement reserved by Article 94 (1) (1) pzp and Article 94 (2) (1) pzp — applies to both Package I and Package II. Pursuant to Article 94 (1) (1) pzp, the Contracting Authority stipulates that only Contractors with the status of a protected work establishment, social cooperatives and other contractors whose main purpose or main purpose the activities of their organisationally separated units may apply for the award of the contract which will carry out the order is the social and professional integration of socially marginalised persons, i.e. persons with disabilities within the meaning of the Act of 27.08.1997 on professional and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons. Pursuant to Article 94 (1) of the pzp, the Contracting Authority shall determine the percentage employment rate of persons with disabilities as not less than 30% of persons employed by the protected work establishment or the contractor or its units referred to in Article 94 (1) pzp. The Contractor should therefore be the entity referred to in Article 94 (1) (1) of the pzp employing persons with disabilities within the meaning of the Act of 27.08.1997 on professional and social rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities and fulfil the condition set out in accordance with Article 94 (1) indent in fine pzp, i.e. the percentage rate of employment by the Contractor of persons with disabilities within the meaning of the abovementioned Act of 27.08.1997 should be not less than 30% of persons employed with the Contractor or his unit that will carry out the contract. In order to demonstrate the fulfillment of the above condition, the Contractor shall submit an appropriate statement in the tender form for the package in question. The Contractor with whom the contract for the package will be concluded shall be obliged to maintain compliance with the above conditions continuously throughout the period of execution of the contract and not only at the stage of this procurement procedure. Attention! In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, the above statement shall be submitted separately by each Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract. The Contractor with whom the contract for the package will be concluded will be obliged to maintain compliance with the above conditions continuously throughout the period of execution of the contracts
