Within the framework of the VgV procedure at issue here, the planning services for the BVWP project "B 104 OU Schwerin, B 106 to Paulsdamm" are to be tendered and awarded. The tendered services include route planning for work phases 3 to 6 (service phases according to HOAI) and object planning for civil engineering structures as well as specialist planning for structural engineering for structures 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Furthermore, the tender includes the planning of the dismantling of two existing structures and the safety and health coordination for the overall measure.
