The purpose of this public contract is the selection of service providers specialized in communication in order to support the communication service of Opcommerce in three areas: 1/ The design and production of audiovisual content (maximum of 200,000 euro (s) HT / Year, or 800 000 euro (s) HT over the total duration of the contract). The estimated budget for this lot is between 100,000 and 150,000 euros HT / Year (Lot 1) 2 / Event design and production (maximum of 250 000 euros / year, or 1 000 million euro (S) HT over the total duration of the contract). The estimated budget for this lot is between 100,000 and 200,000 euros Ht/Year. (Lot 2) 3/ The design and activation of digital marketing campaigns (maximum of 80,000 euro(s) HT / Year, or 320,000 euro (s) HT over the total duration of the contract). lot 1: Design and production of audiovisual contentAs part of OPTánce's communication campaigns, the Communication Department needs to illustrate certain actions via video productions aimed at promoting its service offer, promoting the professions of professional branches, collecting testimonies from companies, employees, social partners, young people, partners or institutional actors. For this, the Holder is expected to provide consulting, creation and production of audiovisual content, according to a brief sent upstream. Different types of video may be requested: tutorial, interview, reportage, portrait, advertising spot.
