1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and planting of trees in the Municipality of the City of Szczecin (divided into parts), i.e.:

PART I: Delivery and planting of trees in urban green areas in Szczecin –

rejon I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII i Cmentarz Centralny

PART II: Delivery and planting of trees on the premises of the Board of Buildings and Premises

Municipal in Szczecin

2.The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annexes No. 7, 8/I and 8/II to the SWZ.

2.The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annexes No. 7, 8/I to the SWZ.

3. Warranty:

1) The Contractor will grant a 36-month quality guarantee and warranty for defects for the subject of the contract, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the works. In the event that during the warranty period the tree is replaced with new (new plantings), the 36-month warranty period for the new tree will be counted from the date of its planting,

2) During the warranty period for defects, the Contractor will be obliged to

to carry out reviews of the planted stand - in June and September of each year. This action will be confirmed by a review protocol drawn up and signed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party's Representative,

3) During the warranty period for defects, the Contractor will be obliged to provide warranty care covering m.in::

a) current watering of trees as needed,

b) weeding bowls by trees,

c) removal of suckers,

(d) disease and pest control (e.g. spraying),

(e) fertilisation,

f) sanitary cuts,

g) repair and replacement of enclosures,

h) other treatments necessary to maintain the vitality and appearance of trees, consistent

with species/variety.

4. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract with the utmost care required

from an entity professionally providing this type of work, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, as well as with Regulation No. 140/21 of the President of the City of Szczecin of March 23, 2021 on standards for the maintenance, protection and development of green areas of the City of Szczecin and obligations for their implementation, with SWZ and with the offer, which will constitute an integral part of the contract.

5.The Contractor shall ensure, in the fleet of vehicles used in the execution of the subject matter of the contract, at least 10% of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas within the meaning of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels.
