Az Damiaan wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the supply of reagents and consumables including 3 colouring devices for laboratory anapathology with maintenance contract to replace the current devices that are end of life. It concerns 2 coloring devices for immunohistochemical staining and 1 coloring device for histochemical staining.

In order to ensure safety and standardization within the hospital, Az Damiaan wishes to purchase both types of devices from the same supplier. The tenderer must be able to supply both types of appliances.

For economic and practical reasons, it is not appropriate to divide the agreement between different suppliers. Division can, among other things, lead to less good conditions, double maintenance contracts, multiple contact persons and different working methods, which complicates the operation within the lab.

Given that the lifespan of the devices is 7 to 8 years, Az Damiaan wishes to enter into a framework agreement for a period of 4 years with the possibility of 4 x 1 year extension.

Az Damiaan will retain a maximum of 3 candidates.
