The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out an official statistics survey on experiences and opinions in the field of security in 2022.

The survey aims to respond to the double need to collect detailed information in terms of level and structure on victimization and perceptions of security. The framework agreement includes the following services:

- service 1: launch and initialization of the project;

- service 2: development of data collection tools;

- service 3: training of investigators;

- service 4: pilot survey;

- service 5: survey of the general population;

- service 6: face to face survey.
