Oslo municipality, c/o the Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings, hereafter referred to as the ‘Contracting Authority’ invites tenderers to an open tender contest for parallel framework agreements for the modernisation, new installations, service, and maintenance of ventilation and comfort cooling installations.

The contracting authority owns and manages a considerable amount of property, with buildings of different sizes and quality. The properties are mainly rented out to agencies and entities in Oslo Municipality, and are more or less in continual operation. The properties include, amongst other things, nursing homes, nurseries, residential and rehabilitation centres, fire stations, schools, sports halls, ice rinks, ice surfaces, stadiums, arts centres, multipurpose halls, and swimming pools.
