The public market is made up of two lots. Each batch will give rise to the establishment of a framework agreement with the issuance of order forms in accordance with provisions R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code, namely a framework agreement concluded with a the only economic operator who will act as and when order forms are issued without negotiation or reopening of competition.
