1. The subject of the order includes:
1) Receipt of municipal waste generated by residents of the Municipality of Lubsko from inhabited properties (single family and multifamily), including:
(a) receiving unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
(b) receiving waste selectively collected (waste collected in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in Lubsko Municipality),
(c) the collection of all waste located at the location of the containers within 1 m of the containers (bags),
(d) operating the Customer Service Office (open from 700 to 1500 Monday to Friday) in the city of Lubska.

(a) receiving unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
(b) receiving waste selectively collected (waste collected in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in Lubsko Municipality),
(c) the collection of all waste located at the location of the containers within 1 m of the containers (bags),
(d) the operation of the Customer Service Office (open from 700 to 1500 Monday to Friday) in the territory of the city of Lubska, which will be the following:
- issuing bags for selective waste collection,
- issuing calendars with a timetable for the collection of municipal waste,
- issuing leaflets informing the method of collecting municipal waste and promoting selective collection of municipal waste in the Lubsko Municipality (applies if the Contractor has declared their performance),
- reception of stakeholders,
- sale or lease of municipal waste containers.
2) Receipt and transport services of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from property owners residing from the Lubsko Municipality to the Waste Transhipment Station on Złota Street in Lubsk, run by Waste Zodpadów Sp. z o.o., Marszów 50A, 68-200 Żary.
