For technical reasons, each lot is allocated in an independent project room. This notice relates only to Lot 3.
Selection of candidates to be invited to tender
(a) a minimum of three and a maximum of five candidates shall be invited to submit initial tenders, provided that sufficient suitable candidates are available;
(b) The objective and non-discriminatory eligibility criteria provided for by the contracting authority in order to limit the number of candidates to be invited shall be: References.
(c) Each reference indicated on form 03 which satisfies the minimum conditions laid down shall be evaluated individually on the basis of your reference explanatory notes on form 03a in order to ensure that it is comparable with the contract for which the contract is tendered. If a candidate or a group of applicants wishes to provide more references than form 03a provides for this field, form 03a may be submitted in duplicate (with sequential numbering of the references).
Comparability is measured on the basis of the following two sub-criteria (each with weighting):
- organizational level of difficulty (100%)
The requirements in this respect are specified as follows:
- It is crucial for the client to cope with large numbers of cases with the shortest response times in the respective reference project. The more complex the reference service was in terms of design and solution for the realization of short response times, the higher the degree of comparability of the reference order with the tendered order in terms of organizational difficulty.
