The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of the following estimated amounts of municipal waste:
1. Non-segregated (mixed) waste, including ash, from residents of the property in the amount of 2 000 Mg,
2. Waste selectively collected (segregated) from residents from the property in the amount of 570 Mg,
3. Waste selectively collected (segregated) from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the amount of 30.0 Mg.
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Szczekociny Commune within 24 months not earlier than from January 1, 2024, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract being Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Contract.
2. The scope of the contract includes:
2.1. Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Szczekociny Commune within 24 months not earlier than from January 1, 2024.
2.2. As part of the contract, the CONTRACTOR is obliged to collect and manage waste:
2.2.1. From inhabited premises: paper and cardboard, glass including clear glass and colored glass, plastics, multi-material packaging, metal, biodegradable waste, including green waste and biodegradable packaging, non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, including ash from heating,
2.2.2. From real estate on which there are cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, paper and cardboard, glass including clear glass and colored glass, plastics, multi-material packaging, metal, biodegradable waste, including green waste and biodegradable packaging, non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, including ash from heating,
2.2.3. From the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Szczekociny, other municipal waste: hazardous waste generated in the household; expired medications; chemicals; waste batteries and accumulators; waste electrical and electronic equipment; bulky waste; construction and demolition waste; worn tires; biodegradable waste; glass packaging; plastic packaging; paper and cardboard packaging; metal packaging; multi-material packaging; waste not eligible for household medical waste as a result of injecting medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes.
2.2.4. It is also required to collect waste that has been placed next to containers in bags in case it does not fit in them and to empty additional containers (private) for waste fractions for which the Municipality does not provide residents with a container only in a bag.
2.3. As part of the contract, the CONTRACTOR is obliged to equip all the properties concerned with containers for non-segregated (mixed) waste and bags for selectively collected waste (separately glass bags, plastic bags, paper and cardboard bags and bio-waste bags).
