Facility Company Property Management Department (FB) intends to enter into an agreement with one party (or a combination of parties) to carry out “Mechanical & Electrical Management and Maintenance” based on NEN 2767, on call for Phase 1, 2 and optional the extended phase 2 and largely at fixed costs and fixed hourly rates. This includes fire safety installations as part of mechanical & electrical installations.
