Hadsel Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of electric vehicles to replace petrol and diesel vehicles. The vehicles will be procured for municipal services within the health and care sector.

Hadsel Municipality aims to have electric vehicles as the majority of its vehicle fleet by 2030. 5 vehicles are now to be replaced within a maximum limit of NOK 2,600,000 including VAT. The vehicles will be used year round and must, therefore, be reliable in the winter on snow and icy roads, as well as in poor snow clearing areas, and on all types of roads where inhabitants live. This means that this time we are looking for vehicles with, amongst other things, four wheel drive.
