The subject of the contract is the provision of winter road cleaning services managed by the Bemowo District m.st Warsaw in the 2023 season.

Roads covered by winter cleansing, for which the manager is the Mayor of the District of Bemowo, Warsaw, are shown in the annex to the description of the object of the contract.

Winter road cleaning includes clearing roads of snow, ice and mud, preventing and eliminating winter slipperiness, monitoring and controlling the condition of road surfaces, cleaning roads after the winter period and emergency cleaning of the road lane from pollution.

The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Act up to the amount of: PLN 865 352.50 gross (PLN 801 252.31 net) consisting in the repetition of services constituting the subject of this contract. An order consisting in the repetition of the above-mentioned services may be awarded when necessary, and the Ordering Party will have adequate financial resources at its disposal. The contracting authority intends to allocate a gross amount of PLN 1,730,705.00 to finance the basic contract. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract within: 8 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than by 30 April 2023 or to use the funds whichever occurs first.
