The Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement with one provider for delivery of legal services. The objective of the procurement is to ensure the Awarding Authority’s requirements for legal services are covered when the Awarding Authority’s own capacity and competence of the employees are not sufficient to meet the requirement adequately.

The Awarding Authority will enter into a framework agreement with a provider who can offer lawyers with top competence and good experience in i.a. these legal areas:

— General administrative law,

— Contract law,

— Labour legislation.
