The purpose of this contract is to assist institutions in complying with their legal obligations set in particular by the decree of the Collège réunis of 3 December 2009 "setting the accreditation standards to be met by reception or residential establishments for the elderly and specifying the definitions of grouping and merger as well as the special standards they must respect", in particular:

- the preparation, storage, distribution and administration of medicinal products by a nurse or pharmacist

- the keeping of a medical record listing the medications to be administered as well as a care record indicating the medical directives.

To this end, the successful tenderer is asked to provide advice and recommendations on pharmaceutical services (cf. point III of the CSC) and to organise the supply of medicinal products by PMI within the framework of the mandate granted to the management of the establishments of the CPAS of Brussels by the residents of these establishments authorising them to order and receive medicinal products in their name and on their behalf.

The successful bidder will receive a copy of the mandate signed by the resident or his representative.
