The subject of the contract is the construction of a gravitational sanitary sewage system fi 200 mm with a total length of 2 075.0 m with sanitary sewage connections in a road strip in the amount of: 149 pieces with a total length of 700.9 m in ul. Gitarowa, Serenada, Batuta, Muzyczna, Sonata, Etude, Soprano and Dance in the village of Książenice, commune Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex 7 to the ToR.
