The purpose of this consultation is the construction of approximately 30 housing units located on Rue Laennec in Lyon 8th arrondissement according to a BIM process and with the provision of digital data for asset management.

The contract consists of 1 single tranche.

The consultation is open to any team with the following skills:

- Architect (Mandatory agent)

- Bet Fluids

- Bet Structures

- Construction economics

- Scheduling Steering and Site Coordination (Opc)

- Bim Manager

- landscaper

- Environmental competence

For the proper execution of its missions, the team will enlist the additional skills it deems necessary (e.g. Bet Amiante, etc.).

a revisable global and flat-rate price contract will be awarded to a single company or a group (Cf. art.2.6 of the RC)
