The subject of the contract is the replacement of existing luminaires with sodium light sources with led luminaires with the possibility of control.

The description of the subject of the contract specifies the required scope of works and standards of performance of the subject of the contract. It indicates examples of materials, devices, solutions, however, it is not mandatory for the Contractor, but only exemplary and aimed at accurately describing the relevant standards and materials. The Ordering Party allows the use of devices and equivalent materials, but not worse than those specified in the provisions of this OPZ. The contractor must ensure the proper operation of individual technical and technological systems and the achievement of functional assumptions.
