Basics for allocation/evaluation criteria and methodology

The Tenderer who accepts and meets all the requirements of the contract and whose tender who, at the time of evaluation, has the best price/quality/lowest cost/lowest price will be awarded a contract.

The Comptroller reserves the right to verify and obtain evidence that the Promises of the Bidder are correct and that the requirements made in the Procurement Documents are fulfilled or will be fulfilled during the term of the contract.
