Preparation of a feasibility study for a new railway line construction in connection with adaptations to existing local rail passenger transport infrastructure. The main inspection area is comprehensive on the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany (Dtl) as well as on the territory of the Czech Republic and (u) includes the municipalities of Seifhennersdorf u Rumburk.

A) Preparation of a feasibility study for the construction of a new railway line in connection with adaptations to existing local rail passenger transport infrastructure. The main inspection area covers the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany as well as the Czech Republic and includes the municipalities of Seifhennersdorf u Rumburk. The planned (previous) railway line is to be used for local rail passenger transport, but also for occasional rail freight transport. Above all, line variants u their technical, structural and operational feasibility as well as the effects of licensing concerns u an initial estimate of the planning and investment costs must be made. As a result, potential routes should be secured at an early stage and areas can be kept free. Determined variants are to be evaluated u compared to (vs.), one or (o) several preferred variants are to be worked out. Approximate costs are to be determined and framework schedules are to be drawn up.

- Object planning of transport facilities (OP VA) for rail transport facilities (SchienenVA) in accordance with (according to) railway construction and operating regulations (EBO); Performance profile according to HOAI § 47 in conjunction with (iVm) HOAI system (Anl) 13.1 as well as the Technical Terms and Conditions TVB -Verkehrsanlagen in the current version as well as the service description in the procurement documents (VU);
- Object planning of civil engineering structures (OP IngBW); Performance profile according to HOAI § 43 in conjunction with HOAI Anl 12.1 as well as the Technical Terms and Conditions TVB- Ingenieurbauwerke in the current version as well as the service description in the VU.
