- the market concerns the maintenance and operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, air treatment, all extractors (including kitchens at the Toulon and La Garde sites, sanitary facilities, official apartment), production and distribution of '' domestic hot water, water treatments (softeners),

- fire safety (smoke extractors, shutters and fire dampers with thermal control),

- maintenance (keeping clean) of the works relating to the above equipment,

- equipment in the context of the fight against legionella in DHW production, DHW distribution and peripherals. It is understood that it is necessary to include in the maintenance services all the materials constituting the installations and usually necessary for their proper functioning, both inside and outside the buildings.

The purpose of this contract is to provide preventive and corrective maintenance and the operation of climatic engineering installations and associated CNMSS installations at the Toulon and La Garde sites.
