Description:
Building branch offices HKLS

Engineering services in the area of heating, ventilation, refrigeration and sanitary technology for technical branches of the general administration of the Max Planck Society at the Max Planck Institutes at various locations in the Federal Republic of Germany.

More detailed and important information on the planning services to be awarded (object of the contract) is described in Section II.2.4) of the EU announcement

Lot 01 location 03 hall II-Leipzig

The subject of the award procedure comprises the engineering services to be provided as so-called `` technical branch offices '' in the field of heating, ventilation, refrigeration and sanitary engineering as part of ongoing building maintenance, maintenance and repair of the technical building equipment and systems in accordance with the draft contract provided. The contractual services are based on sections 53-56 HOAI.

The technical branch is the 'extended arm' of the construction department of the general administration and as such supports the Max Planck Society in the maintenance of the construction of its buildings. Building maintenance is carried out according to the guidelines of the Max Planck Society for building maintenance. In individual cases, services for so-called 'small building measures' can also be transferred. The measures are usually carried out during operation.

When performing the service, not only the special requirements of the high-installed buildings and the corresponding technical systems, but also the work processes common in research and science must be taken into account. In this respect, the Max Planck Society not only attaches great importance to the fact that the applicants can demonstrate profound knowledge in the field of laboratory planning, but also have experience in carrying out maintenance and repair measures during ongoing operations.

The services to be provided must at least correspond to the generally recognized rules of technology and meet all necessary requirements of economy, energy efficiency and sustainability.

By submitting an application to participate, the applicants declare that they can provide the services within the time period (see II.2.7) and in particular have the necessary technical, personnel, factual and time resources. The special requirements for the provision of services may make it necessary to be available frequently and / or at short notice at the client's request for coordination talks on site or in Munich.
