TII require Employment Practices and Contractor Industrial Relations Co-ordination Service (EPCS and CIRCS) for monitoring and reporting on TII-funded contracts, including site inspection of Contractors and sub-Contractors, to ensure compliance with Registered Employment Agreements and Employment Law, including:
Conditions of Employment,
Rates of pay,
Standard of site welfare facilities,
Grievance and disciplinary procedures
Continuous liaison with Construction Unions on all labour matters affecting TII projects. PAYE/PRSI obligations.
