Extension of wastewater treatment plant I in the industrial park Schwarze Pumpe; Lot 3 - technical equipment

Construction services, installation services of mechanical and electrical equipment, preparation for commissioning, commissioning and providing evidence of the performance of an extension of the wastewater treatment plant ABA I for the expansion of the infrastructure development at the industrial site Schwarze Pumpe / extension old site IG Spreewitz.

The required construction work, the integration (creation of interfaces), the expansion of reactor 4 and the pellet storage are tendered out and awarded separately.

As part of the expansion of the ABA I, the following measures are required: Adaptation of the supply line for primary treatment in order to alternatively bypass the distribution structure (B220). Equipment of an additional third primary treatment (131 m 2 Clarifying surface for mechanical pre-treatment of the wastewater. This primary treatment is carried out as sedimentation and must be covered. It is necessary to retrofit a sample of the solids in the inlet of the ABA I. The existing biofilter for the exhaust air treatment is to be dismantled. The newly built exhaust system has to be rebuilt. An existing container is removed to the anaerobic reactor 4 (lot 5) and is to be connected. The recirculation amount of the existing anaerobic reactors should be increased by adjusting the pumps. A pellet store (300 m³ useful volume) will be newly built (lot 4) and must be connected. For the construction of the biogas line from ABA I to ABA II on the Hamburg pipe bridge, the supply lines from the anaerobic reactors on the site of the ABA I to the site of the Hamburger company are to be managed. The biogas upgrading has to be equipped with an additional gas quality measurement. In the aeration streets 1 and 2, respectively, a recirculation of water from the third to the first chamber of the aeration road to retrofit an effective denitrification. A volume equivalent third aeration street (2 500 m³ volume) is built as a cascade with 3 chambers (lot 2). This is to be equipped with mixing and ventilation technology and internal recirculation (from the third to the first chamber) as well as the supply and discharge lines. There will be a third secondary sedimentation basin (493 m 2 Clarification area) including inflow and outflow lines (lot 2). This is to equip. The return sludge pumping station has to be expanded. For this purpose, a new hydrocyclone including Kalkschlamm- and dilution water pump to install. The pumps on the sludge mixing tank and the pipes in the arithmetic building 2 are to be renewed as far as possible. The pumps on the thickener are to be renewed and the pipeline to Hamburger Rieger is to be led to the pipe bridge on the side of the Hamburg Rieger. Aeration and secondary clarification must be connected to the existing distribution structure and the outlet structure.

The new aeration line is to be equipped additionally with an online measurement of ammonium and nitrate. The sequence of the ABA is to be equipped with an online monitoring for CSB / TOC, NH4, NO3 and P. The existing samplers in the outlet and in the inlet to the ABA I are to be trained.

All newly constructed systems must be connected to each other and / or linked to the stock. Integration points were created under Lot1. For some of the pipelines, accompanying heating and insulation must be installed. The required secondary supports and pipe bridges must be erected on suitable foundations.

Individual small construction works (foundations) are to be provided.

Additional samplers in the inlet and outlet of the system are to be procured and installed. The online measuring technology in the course of the ABA I has to be extended.

The procurement covers the equipment, electrical engineering and automation including software for an operational plant extension.

As a general contractor, the contractor must, among other things, provide the following services: Plant design of the equipment and of the electrical and automation technology, site set-up and provision and securing of the construction site, clearing of the construction site as well as the disposal of the resulting waste. Complete operational installation of plant and electrical engineering, preparation for commissioning including all necessary tests. Carrying out the commissioning and proof of the efficiency of all parts of the described extension. Training of the staff. Support and participation in examinations and acceptances by external examiners. Support in the approval process as necessary.
