Part 1. The task carried out in the design and build mode - construction of missing sections of bicycle paths, 4 footbridges across the Płonka River and park and ride parking lots as well as construction and replacement of lighting.
Ordered object:
The task implemented in the design and build mode includes:
1. construction of missing sections of bicycle paths from the Poświętne housing estate under the S7 expressway, a bridge along Żłużrzy Wyklętych street, on the section from Kopernika street to the planned Western Beltway under the railway bridge and along 1 Maja street;
2. construction of bicycle footbridges on the Płonka River;
3. construction of bicycle path lighting and parking lots;
4. replacement of lighting along bike paths at ul. Kopernika and ul. Youth in Płońsk;
5. construction of Park and Ride car parks (including bus bays);
6. design implementation for a class D road including a bicycle path (within the framework of the project two stages of works should be envisaged - stage I will apply only to the implementation of the bike path with lighting, stage II - other elements. The build phase of this contract includes only stage I );
7. indication of the location of 50 bicycle stands and 8 bus shelters as part of the technical documentation being developed.
The scope of the contract includes:
1) preparation of technical documentation. A decision approving a construction project and granting a building permit and / or permission to implement a road investment should be obtained for the said documentation and / or an effective notification of construction works should be made.
2) implementation of construction works based on the developed documentation.
The technical documentation should be prepared in accordance with the design documentation constituting Annex 7 to the ToR, including the Functional Program and existing concepts (Annex 9 to the ToR), a detailed description of the order, which is Annex 4 to the ToR, after having read the preliminary consents and arrangements obtained by the Municipality of Płońsk (Annex 8 to the ToR) as well as opinions and technical conditions (Annex 10).
Construction works should be carried out in accordance with the developed documentation, approved by the Employer.
