The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of inhabited real estate located in the Szprotawa Municipality, i.e. within the city of Szprotawa and in towns in the Szprotawa Commune.

4.1 The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of residential real estate located in the Szprotawa Municipality, i.e. within the city of Szprotawa and in towns in the Szprotawa Municipality, including the following fractions of waste: 1. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (precipitation code: 20 03 01); 2. paper, i.e.: (a) paper and paperboard (waste code: 20 01 01); (b) packaging of paper and paperboard (waste code: 15 01 01); 3. glass, i.e.: (a) glass (waste code: 20 01 02); (b) glass packaging (waste code: 15 01 07); 4. plastics, i.e.: (a) plastics (waste code: 20 01 39); (b) plastic packaging (fall code: 15 01 02); 5. multi-material packaging waste, i.e.: (a) multi-material packaging (waste code: 15 01 05); 6. bio-waste constituting municipal waste, i.e.: (a) biodegradable waste (waste code: 20 02 01); (b) biodegradable kitchen waste (waste code: 20 01 08); 7. furniture and other bulky waste, i.e.: (a) bulky waste (waste code: 20 03 07); 8. used tyres (waste code: 16 01 03); 9. waste electrical and electronic equipment, i.e.: (a) waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21 and 20 01 23 containing hazardous components (waste code: 20 01 35*); (b) waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35 (waste code: 20 01 36); 10. expired medicines and chemicals, waste not eligible for household medical waste as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, i.e.: a) cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs (waste code: 20 01 31*); (b) medicines other than those mentioned in 20 01 31 (waste code: 20 01 32); 11. waste batteries and accumulators, i.e.: (a) batteries and accumulators including batteries and accumulators listed in 16 06 01, 16 06 02 or 16 06 03 and unsorted batteries and accumulators containing these batteries (waste code: 20 01 33*); (b) batteries and accumulators other than those mentioned in 20 01 33 (waste code: 20 01 34); 12. construction and demolition waste, i.e.: (a) concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolitions and repairs (waste code: 17 01 01); (b) brick rubble (waste code: 17 01 02); (c) waste of other ceramics and equipment (waste code: 17 01 03); (d) mixed wastes of concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramics and equipment other than those mentioned in 17 01 06 (waste code: 17 01 07); (e) waste roofing felt (waste code: 17 03 80); (f) insulation materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03 (waste code: 17 06 04); (g) mixed waste from construction, repair and dismantling other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03 (waste code: 17 09 04); 13. metals, i.e.: (a) metals (fall code: 20 01 40); (b) packaging of metals (waste code: 15 01 04); 14. waste textiles and clothing, i.e.: (a) clothing (waste code: 20 01 10); (b) textiles (waste code: 20 01 11); 15. other non-biodegradable wastes (waste code: 20 02 03); 16. fluorescent lamps and other wastes containing mercury (waste code: 20 01 21*); 17. equipment containing freons (waste code: 20 01 23*).
