The acquisition is the subject of the acquisition of the spatial services of the Rovaniemi City Spatial Service Centre, Rovaniemi Training Group and Rovaseudu Markkinakiinteistöt Ltd., individually agreed ventilation duct cleaning works by project charge, related ventilation adjustments and the visual purity inspection method of the ventilation system, which allows to assess the degree of contamination and the need for cleaning and refurbishment of the ventilation system or part of the ventilation system in use.

The acquisition is subject to a framework agreement with six (6) service providers.

The acquisition is the subject of the acquisition of the spatial services of the Rovaniemi City Spatial Service Centre, Rovaniemi Training Group and Rovaseudu Markkinakiinteistöt Ltd., individually agreed ventilation duct cleaning works by project charge, related ventilation adjustments and the visual purity inspection method of the ventilation system, which allows to assess the degree of contamination and the need for cleaning and refurbishment of the ventilation system or part of the ventilation system in use. For schools and kindergartens, the cleaning works on ventilation ducts focus on school holiday times.

The subscriber should use an external supervisor at work to ensure the quality of the work. The service provider must ensure the quality of work through self-monitoring and delivery documentation. Upon completion of the work, the supplier is obliged to export signed quality assurance forms and adjustment and measurement protocols to the subscriber's Haahtela service book program.

If necessary, the third party of the subscriber shall make adjustment measurements of the ventilation control by spot checks to ensure the functionality of the adjustments made in the event of air exchange frosting.

The acquisition is subject to a framework agreement with six (6) service providers. The agreement includes the possibility of two (2) one (1) year long option periods. The option to use option/options shall be agreed separately by the subscriber at least three (3) months prior to the introduction of any option. The option is about the right of subscribers, not an obligation.
