The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contractor a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas type E with a pressure of up to 0,5 MPa including two points of consumption located at the airport in the Kingdom of Malbork for the purposes of operation buildings administered by the 22nd Tactical Aviation Base in Malbork on the principles laid down in the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended) and implementing acts issued pursuant to certain quality standards.

Forecast gas volume of about 7 700 000 kWh

Including:

• consumption point with a contractual power of 2 150 kWh/h – 5 400 000 kWh

• consumption point with a contractual power of 950 kWh/h – 2 300 000 kWh

The demand indicated above is an estimate requirement and represents the anticipated gas consumption, which may not reflect the real use of natural gas during the duration of the contract.
