This contract is a framework agreement for purchase order services with no minimum and maximum amount.
Its purpose is to provide maintenance and cleaning services for the sites of the Banque de France Network (tertiary and fiduciary sites) including the supply of sanitary equipment and associated consumables.
The start date of the services is 01/03/2023.
The periodic benefits included in the monthly package include:
• The maintenance and cleaning of premises (offices, toilets, workshops, circulations, herbal tea...);
• The maintenance and cleaning of office furniture (worktops, furnishing objects, telephones, seats...);
• The maintenance and cleaning of the glazing (internal and external windows or bays, partitions or airlocks... glazed);
• The maintenance and cleaning of equipment (tables, chairs, appliances...) of social premises;
• The washing and storage of coffee cups exclusively for events taking place in the meeting rooms;
• The maintenance of tea towels in the tea room (two or three per week per site);
• The emptying of ashtrays located within the sites;
• The supply, installation and management of plastic bags of different capacities and colors to be placed in the different containers (individual bins in offices or workshops, sanitary bins, BAE (Eco-responsible contribution terminals)...);
• Collection and transport of various wastes, from the various containers to the waste premises;
• The placing on the street or in the courtyard of the sites according to the waste collection provider, waste removal containers and storage after passage if this corresponds to the intervention schedules of the Holder;
• The supply, installation and management of materials and products necessary for maintenance and cleaning operations;
• The supply of sanitary equipment (soap dispensers, hand towels, toilet paper, etc.) and associated consumables;
• The implementation and management of this sanitary equipment and associated consumables;
• The opening of the premises for ventilation, and the control of the closing of the windows and the switching off of the lights;
• The organization and planning of services;
• The organization and planning of quality controls of services;
• The organization and planning of deliveries of cleaning products and sanitary consumables;
• The transmission of information to the local manager of the Banque de France (clogged toilets, leaks, broken seat, electric bulbs to be replaced, etc.);
• Participation in meetings with the Banque de France;
• The preparation and availability of documents, activity reports and detailed minutes in this CLA (Reports, Schedules, Job Cards, Product Data Sheets, Material Sheets, Material Data Sheets, Meeting Minutes, etc.);
• The provision of a WEB client site.
Exceptional services include:
• Complementary cleaning of premises, offices, glazing, etc.;
• Cleaning not provided for in periodic services (cleaning of storage rooms, reception rooms, glazing outside the perimeter such as canopies and canopies, replacement of a Maintenance Agent Bank of France (ADE), salting of traffic areas ...);
• Cleaning the reception rooms of the executive apartment;
• Cleaning after occupancy of the rest room, including laundry;
• Cleaning of the glazing of unoccupied operating premises or management apartments (including reception rooms). This service is carried out according to the prices (average price per m2) indicated in the BPU. Logically, if possible, these exceptional glazing services are carried out at the same time as the periodic glazing service.
