The subject matter of the contract consists of the delivery of 3 midi low-floor city line battery buses. The vehicles are intended for use in scheduled operation on the NVG Omnibus-Betriebsgesellschaft mbH's line network. See also description in the project exposé.

The NVG intends to procure 3 midi low-floor city line battery buses and subsequently supply, maintain and maintain spare parts over a period of several years. The background to purchasing battery buses is that the NVG intends to reduce pollutant and noise emissions as far as possible. The NVG intends to use the midi battery buses on night lines 16/33 and on lines 8, 9 and 35. See also description in the project exposé.
