This consultation concerns the Surveillance, filtering and guarding of sites for the City of Montpellier. Adapted procedure opened subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 3° of the French Public Procurement Code. The single-contractor Framework Agreement with a maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L.2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Remunerated services at unit prices shown in the unit price schedule. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Detailed estimate in the rules of the consultation. The contracting authority reserves the right to enter into negotiations or to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without negotiation. In this case, the terms of the said negotiation will be communicated to all the candidates
