The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works related to the implementation of the task entitled: "Improvement of the safety of vulnerable road users on the provincial roads of the Łódź Voivodeship" divided into tasks:

Task 1 – Construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles along DW 485 in Zawady from km 32+725 to km 32+895.

Place of implementation: Bełchatów poviat, Bełchatów commune.

Task 2 – Construction of a pedestrian road as well as a pedestrian and bicycle road along DW 704 on the section Wrzeczko – Łyszkowice from approx. km 3+000 to approx. km 5+490.

Place of implementation: Łowicz poviat, Łyszkowice commune.

Task 3 – Construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles along DW 702 on the section Michałówka – Piątek from approx. km 15+750 to approx. km 17+780.

Place of implementation: Łęczyca poviat, Piątek commune.

Task 4 – Construction of a pedestrian road along DW 482 on the section from approx. km 109+200 to approx. km 109+740 (starodroże Kępińska Street – voivodeship border).

Place of implementation: Wieruszów poviat, Wieruszów commune.

The scope of the order:

Works:

1. Implementation and maintenance of temporary traffic organization,

2. Removal of conflicting trees and shrubs,

3. Execution of construction works on the basis of design documentation agreed by the Contracting Authority, with the provision of geodetic services,

4. Ensuring author's supervision over the implemented investment,

5. Conducting the required tests and examinations and preparing as-built documentation (including geodetic) necessary to meet the requirements of the provisions of the Construction Law and obtaining an occupancy permit / effective submission of a notification of completion of construction works,

6. Dismantling of temporary and implementation of permanent traffic organization,

7. Introduction of plantings of trees and shrubs (if any),

8. Tidying up the construction site.

Design documentation:

1. Preparation of a project dc. map,

2. Determination of geotechnical conditions for the foundation of buildings,

3. Development of projects covering all necessary elements of the development of the extended road and reconstruction of collisions, along with agreeing design solutions with the Contracting Authority and network reconstruction projects with their administrators,

4. Development of BIOZ information,

5. Presenting to the contracting authority a proposal for the course of demarcation lines and after agreeing with the Ordering Party, developing maps with projects of property divisions along with accepting them to the state district geodetic and cartographic resource,

6. Obtaining all necessary decisions, decisions, opinions and arrangements enabling the application for a permit to implement a road investment,

7. Preparation of an application for a permit for the implementation of a road investment and submitting it together with the necessary attachments to the Łódź Voivode,

8. Obtaining a decision for a permit to implement a road investment,

9. Development of technical and executive design,

10. Development and obtaining the required arrangements and approvals of the project of permanent and temporary traffic organization.

on the basis of the developed Functional and Utility Program entitled "Improvement of the safety of vulnerable road users on provincial roads of the Łódź Voivodeship", taking into account the guidelines of the Contracting Authority regarding the solutions adopted in the above-mentioned document.
