The framework agreement offered aims to cover the Business Board's needs for consultancy services for the implementation of information pages. The Framework Agreement is expected to enter into force in February 2022 and will then run, respecting the Occupational Board's termination access, for four years. However, with some likelihood, the Framework Agreement will be terminated and re-tendered together with the Business Board's forthcoming IT Framework Agreement tender for the resolution of the existing IT Framework Agreement 2020-2024.

The award of concrete contracts under the Framework Agreement shall be pursuant to the provisions of the Framework Agreement and will in the main be mini-tenders, with exceptionally situations where direct allocation will apply.

The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is SEK 6 — 8 million, with the latter amount being the maximum value of the Framework Agreement. There is no guaranteed turnover associated with the framework agreement.
