The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of polyaluminum chloride used in the treatment of drinking water in the form of a solution in a total amount of 900 Mg.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of polyaluminum chloride used in the treatment of drinking water in the form of a solution in a total amount of 900 Mg.

2. The Ordering Party ensures the purchase of the subject of the order in the amount of 750 Mg. The remaining amount of polyaluminium chloride covered by the subject of the contract, i.e. 150 Mg, depends on the amount of treated water in the Water Production Plants and on the course of technological processes of water production, therefore the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the size of the order in the scope of the remaining 150 Mg.

3. Detailed requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the order:

3.1. Chemical name: polyglinum chloride

3.2. Consistency: colorless liquid

3.3. Parameters:

1) Content of % Al2O3: 9.3-10.6%

2) Aluminium content (kg Al3+/m3¬): 58-70 kg/m3

3) Density at 20°C: 1.20-1.26 g/cm3

4) Temperature: max 30 °C

5) Zasadowość: 60,0-70,0%

3.4. The solution must be stable min. 1 month from unloading;

3.5. The product must have a valid PZH certificate allowing it to be used for the production of drinking water;

3.6. The product must have a valid Safety Data Sheet in Polish.

3.7. The quality of the subject of the contract must meet the requirements of PN-EN 17034: 2018-02 Chemicals for the treatment of drinking water – polyaluminum chloride. Technical parameters: permissible content – Type 1
