- can implement the knowledge to optimize their own meal plans.
3) Methods of the "Optimal Food Selection" qualification module are:
- Presentation (theoretical basics),
- exchange of experience,
- Work in groups,
- reflection,
- Practical tips.
All suitable and interested companies are offered to conclude or join the contract subject to uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure.
The care funds of the AOK in Hessen u. The BAHN-BKK do not intend to conclude exclusive agreements within the framework of a so-called open house procedure with suitable companies for the purpose of promoting preventive measures within the meaning of the provision of Section 5 SGB XI. The companies run:
- Qualification measures on the subject of "Nutrition - Optimal Food Selection" in the partially and fully inpatient care facilities through
- Share a so-called handout u. a certificate of participation to the participants,
- lead to d. Implementation of quality assurance using a feedback form,
- The overall evaluation of the feedback forms is sent to the AOK nursing care fund in Hesse.
It should be noted that the costs of the long-term care insurance funds for performing their tasks for the purpose of promoting preventive measures in accordance with Section 5 (2) SGB XI totaled EUR 0.30 for each of their insured persons in 2016. The expenditure is to be adjusted in the following years according to the percentage change in the monthly reference amount according to § 18 paragraph 1 of the fourth book. The reference value is determined by the group of estimates and is announced by the Federal Ministry of Health once a year in September / October. As a result, the amount of expenditure (financial resources that may be used in this context for the purpose of promoting preventive measures) is legally limited in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 (2) SGB XI. The provider directory is made available to the care facilities by the care fund of the AOK in Hesse. The companies agree that their data will be included in the aforementioned directory and made available to the care facilities in Hesse after the contract has been concluded. The provider himself has no right to be considered when carrying out the qualification measure. As a result, the provider may have the underlying contract, but it may not be used once in the course of the contract; therefore in this case also has no right to remuneration.
