The subject of the contract shall be the delivery of eggs, fats, water and meat broken down into 4 packages under the terms laid down in the proposed provisions of the contract in quantities resulting from current needs and within the deadlines of the contract concluded.
Package No. 1 — eggsChicken eggs fresh class 1A and 2A
Package No 2 — fats1. fritture;
2. fat mix minimum 62%;
3. margarine soft, dairy-free;
4. soft margarine;
5. margarine for baking, cooking and frying;
6. cream butter extra 82% fat;
7. rapeseed or sunflower oil 100% virgin;
8. Universal oil;
9. Extravirgin olive oil;
10. Brie type cheese;
11. puff pastry.
Package 3 - Water1. non-carbonated spring water or low-omineralized carbonated spring water 0.5 l;
2. non-carbonated or low-omineralized spring water 1,5 l;
3. non-carbonated or medium-mineralized carbonated water 1.5 l.
Package No. 4 — meat1. smoked bacon without ribs;
2. fresh bacon without ribs;
3. beef tripe steamed sliced;
4. pork spatula b/k b/s;
5. loin b/k;
6. nape loin b/k;
7. pork liver;
8. Chicken liver;
9. pork ham;
10. beef b/k;
11. ribs strips 1 class;
12. pork tenderloin.
