The University of Applied Sciences in Hof wants to create a technical and organizational basis for its employees in the course of the Digitalization Project. In this course, a Microsoft Exchange and a Unified Communications environment will be introduced. Furthermore, the existing SharePoint environment should be upgraded fail-safe.

The tender includes the project / implementation part as well as the operation, maintenance and support over 3 years. Optionally twice an extension of 1 year each.

The project part for Exchange and UCS (lot 1) includes the installation of the environments on our existing VMWare server environment in 2 separate data center rooms of the university, as well as the configuration and migration of the previous environments (Linux mail system, Avaya Integral PBX). The project team is completely provided by the provider and also takes over the rollout (configuration / conversion of employee terminals) as well as the training and consulting hours. If licenses are required, these are also to be offered. If it concerns Microsoft licenses, these are already present in the campus contract and may not be priced in.

The project part for SharePoint (lot 2) includes the implementation of the zero downtime patching solution as an extension of the existing SharePoint environment, the Office Online Server as well as the Web Application Proxy and the ADFS. Also, the licenses for Nintex Forms and Workflow for the next 3 years (optional 2 extensions for 1 year) must be offered.
