4 Service description

4.1 Control and gate service

4.1.1 Period of service

- Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (not on public holidays), including the tele-fonic accessibility of the VdS-approved emergency call center

- Opening of the service premises and the office building at 5:30 a.m.

- Closing of the premises and the office building at 20:30

- 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Compulsory attendance in the gate area (corresponds to the framework working hours of the GeoSN)

4.1.2 Deployment of personnel and uniforms

- The contractor guarantees that the personnel to be deployed have the necessary knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form for the performance of the task and can apply it accordingly.

- The personnel to be deployed must be provided by the contractor with uniform uniform clothing including a name plate.

- The personnel to be deployed must be reported to the client upon presentation of a current police certificate of good conduct (without entry), proof of information in accordance with § 34a GewO as well as proof of first responder.

- New personnel to be deployed (personnel changes or replacements) must be notified to the client in good time (usually four weeks in advance)

4.1.3 Services/tasks in the execution of the order

The Contractor shall be responsible for the following tasks. The personnel employed have the duty to carry out their tasks with the highest commitment, constant attention and vigilance under all conditions.

- Enforcement of the domiciliary right in accordance with the GeoSN, securing the location of the department and averting damage, initiation of immediate measures in the event of accidents

- Securing the office premises and averting damage

- Initiation of emergency measures in the event of accidents

- Opening and closing of the office building and grounds at Olbrichtplatz 3 (including closing of the gate system and the adjoining rooms)

- Monitoring of access to the olbrichtplatz 3 service building and site (access control)

- Operation of the intercom system and barrier to the entrance

- Opening of the barrier system at closing time

- Activation and deactivation of the burglar alarm system (EMA) at the office building

Olbrichtplatz 3

- Monitoring and operation of the hazard alarm systems (BMA, EMA) and initiation of immediate measures in dangerous situations, including the forwarding of information to third parties commissioned by the client

- Monitoring of the emergency call facilities in the disabled toilets and immediate emergency assistance in the event of alarm triggering (visit to the trigger location)

- Commissioning of the elevator system at the start of service

- Decommissioning of the lift system at the end of service

- Daily emptying of the Official Mailbox of the GeoSN

- Provision of information to visitors and customers, telephone exchange

- Receipt and handover / forwarding as well as acknowledgement of postal items and deliveries of goods of any kind

- Safekeeping, issuance and return of utility keys

- Safekeeping, issuance and return of vehicle documents, including completeness checks (keys, vehicle registration, fuel card, logbook)

- Turn on the lights in the stairwells and corridors at the start of service

- At the end of the service in the stairwells and corridors, the printing and copying rooms, the meeting rooms as well as the sanitary rooms and tea kitchens extinguish light and close windows

- Notfallhandling,

- Implementation of support or emergency relief measures at the client in the event of fire, disaster and evacuation (e.g. by keeping the escape and rescue routes clear, fighting a fire with hand extinguishing devices, signposting of persons to be evacuated, etc.)

- Keeping a service book in which the handovers of the guards, incidents and events as well as the deployments of intervention forces are documented
