1. The subject of the contract is a construction work consisting in: reconstruction of the OSiR "Kolna" Mountain Canoeing Track in Krakow for the needs of the III European Games in the design and execute mode.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ (Functional and Utility Program).

2. Where the name of the manufacturer appears in the Annexes to the SWZ, the products may be replaced by equivalent ones.

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to execute the contract under the terms and conditions described in the Designed provisions of the contract forming Annex No 2 to the SWZ.
